What is Grass Jelly or Black Gulaman?

If there is one thing that people would need to be aware of is that Black Gulaman is a drink consumed to help ease the body temperature of people who are always on the go. While there are normal values to which body temperature must be kept, consuming one bottle of Black Gulaman is sure to hit the spot and adhere to the rising demands that a body is exposed to daily.

Really interesting, I'd never heard of it.
The green colour alone looks refreshing and cooling and the thought of biting into such a jelly when overheated sounds great.

Thanks. Yes it was really catered more on the Asian market but it is now being slowly distributed in the US and Canada by our counterparts there. The jelly is the twist, chewing something edible while drinking something refreshing.
