This is where you see what your idea is made of. It is time to rent or buy a building, order supplies and materials, hire employees, and fill out a multitude of legal forms. You can then open the doors and let the customers come on in.
There are a lot of things to iron out, and it may be a good idea to have an “operations manager” already in mind to accomplish these things. Delegating responsibility and duties will be the key to surviving this phase.
Remember that what your family labor force cannot provide needs to be made up for in outside labor. Meaning, you will probably need to hire employees.
Above all else, this is the time for the family to come together and shine.
