Adding to Your SWOT!

Everyone should be aware of a SWOT analysis and the basics of how to do it. If not then see my other post on it.
I would like to add some insight from a chess players perspective.
Of course we look for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and threats on the board but we also consider Consequences and the Unexplored.
Imagine that, a business considering consequences of its actions! Not to mention the power of looking for what has not yet been looked at and considered.
I guesses the lesson here is to avoid myopia! marketing myopia or other cognitive bias'.
